Martha Stewart and Steve and Andrea Wynn To Be Honored At amfAR Third Palm Beach Gala

And Palm Royale cast member Ricky Martin will take to the stage

This year’s amfAR Palm Beach Gala will take place on March 15, 2025 in the southern Florida city, where Martha Stewart will receive the Award of Inspiration, and Steve and Andrea Wynn will receive the Philanthropic Leadership Award. amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research is the nonprofit leader in AIDS research and HIV prevention, treatment education, and advocacy. Since its inception in 1985, when launched by actor and activist Elizabeth Taylor, the organization has raised over $900 million for global programs, and has awarded more than 3,800 grants to research teams.

“Throughout her distinguished career, Martha Stewart has been an extremely generous supporter of a wide range of organizations and causes,” says amfAR CEO Kevin Robert Frost in announcement notes. “Her longstanding commitment to human health and welfare through initiatives like the Martha Stewart Center for Living inspires us all and we are proud to recognize her work.”

Guests will be able to attend a cocktail reception, seated dinner, and live auction with luxury items, one-of-a-kind experiences, and art items. Grammy-winning singer Ricky Martin, who stars in Apple TV+’s Palm Royale, which is set in Palm Beach, will take to the stage to perform.

“We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the Palm Beach community and to all of the generous friends, supporters, and sponsors who make this stellar event possible,” says amfAR Board Co-Chairs T. Ryan Greenawalt and Kevin McClatchy. “We’re especially grateful to Ken Griffin for his support of the 2025 gala, which will no doubt be every bit as memorable as our first three events and just as successful in raising critical funds to advance amfAR’s lifesaving work.”

Making the event possible is philanthropist and amfAR supporter Ken Griffin. And hosting for the evening will be left to faithful amfAR supporter and fixture at the organization’s events, Coco Rocha. amfAR’s Palm Beach gala launched in 2022 and has raised over $12 million. They wouldn’t be able to do it without the support of the city of Palm Beach, and location hosts: Amy and John Phelan, Michele and Howard Kessler, and Lisa and James Cohen. This year’s gala design will be organized by event designer Bronson van Wyck of Van Wyck & Van Wyck. And other key sponsors include The Colony Hotel and Graff. This event will be generously supported by Christie's, Chateau Malartic Lagraviere, Flecha Azul Tequila, RUMOR Rosé, Fernando Wong Outdoor Living Design, Aspen Vodka, and Fraser & Thompson.
