Robin H. Jackson

Robin H. Jackson is the wife of Reverend Dr. Charles B. Jackson, Sr., Pastor of the Brookland Baptist Church in West Columbia, South Carolina. With over forty years of marriage, she has a unique perspective on what it is like to be a devoted minister’s wife, a true friend, and a steadfast Christian woman. She was born in Columbia, South Carolina; earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Vocal Performance from the University of South Carolina; and received a Masters of Education from Cambridge College in Boston, Massachusetts. Robin, owner of Arts-in-Action Music Studio and a retired music teacher, is active in her church and community. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.”  Robin tries to live daily by this type of faith and is often sought after for sisterly advice, women-focused workshops, and motivational speaking engagements.  She has a sincere love for God and for people; simply desires to do God’s Will to the best of her ability; and finds tremendous joy in her family, children, and grandchildren.

Margie H. Flowers

Mrs. Margie H. Flowers is the wife of Reverend David A. Flowers, Sr., Pastor of the Central Missionary Baptist Church in Whiteville, North Carolina. Her candidness and humor highlight the depth of her experiences as a dedicated minister’s wife, a loyal friend, and a faithful Christian of over forty years. Graduating from Southeastern Community College, and employed by the Whiteville City Schools System for more than 28 years before her retirement, Margie finds tranquility in her hometown of Whiteville, North Carolina. She is an excellent pageant/occupational coach with a specialty in interview skill development; and in her spare time, enjoys crafting, gardening, decorating, reading, writing, and public speaking for the encouragement of women.
