Of the brand pavilions we visited, Pinterest had the most engaging one. It is like it is its own city within a city, buzzing with various activations from a tattoo station, to an immersive create-your-own notebook station, a private meeting center to schedule meetings with Pinterest staff, a patisserie where you can pick your own custom pastry from an image that resonates with you from the menu, a postcard station that’s all about scrolling less on your phone, and a beach front to relax and take in the blue sea.

The Palais

The activations around the palais is like being at an amusement park or state fair. It’s sensory overload with food trucks, drink stations, panels in theaters, hangout spaces, cafes, and just some really cool things. The LinkedIn Cracking B2B Creativity- The Buyability Levers That Power Successful Campaigns with Mimi Turner from LinkedIn and Jim Lesser from Service Now was filled as attendees watched LinkedIn campaigns featuring actor Idris Elba.

Canva and The Female Quotient

Canva had a full day of talks from their morning Fire Fyreside Chat; Made to Matter: How the Best Brands Create and Connect in an AI World; and How the Best Creative Teams Use Canva Grow to Create, Launch, and Learn.

The Female Quotient had packed out panels all day. It seemed like everyone congregated around their pavilion starting with the media mogul Oprah Winfrey talk, former NBC Today Show host Hoda Kotb, on through to the closing panel that included actress and podcast host Keke Palmer.

The festival has a further two days of immersive experiences, talks, panels, lunches, and networking.
