Chris Lane Drops A Song All About Mamas
In his third release in the past three weeks, Chris Lane drops his new single ‘That’s What Mamas Are Made For.’ The song was released just in time for last Sunday’s Mother’s Day. With its gentle acoustic melody, Lane honors mothers and their calling. He’s a soon-to-be-dad himself so the song is real. “As a soon-to-be dad, this Mother’s Day more than ever, I’m just so grateful for my mom and the amazing momma my wife Lauren already is to our baby boy,” says Lane in a statement. “This song is to celebrate all the mommas out there. We wouldn’t be who we are today without you.”
He wrote the song based on a conversation that he had with his own mom. Writing with Will Bundy, Rodney Clawson, and Ernest Keith Smith the four were able to come up with a hook that grabs the heart.
Lane is a rising music artist with 1.2 billion on-demand streams and three #1 hits. Known for “Big, Big Plans,” the artist will be touring with Kane Brown in September for The Worldwide Beautiful Tour.
