Mary Senkowska is an international entrepreneur, executive coach, and single mother who has built her career bridging continents and cultures. As the founder of Creative Brain, she has spent eight years developing leadership programs for executives across 90+ nationalities, from her bases in the Netherlands, Malaysia, New York and now Poland.


A former Heidrick & Struggles consultant, Mary holds degrees from prestigious international business schools across four continents and is currently pursuing neuropsychology while raising her infant daughter. At only 23, she became the youngest PCC-certified coach worldwide and dedicated her career to transforming how we approach professional development, designing curricula, coaching and advising organizations spanning from Silicon Valley startups to Swiss pharmaceutical companies.


Mary's work focuses on the intersection of emotional intelligence and high-performance leadership, helping executives navigate uncertainty. When she's not coaching Fortune 500 leaders or studying the neuroscience of decision-making, she's exploring how to keep building a meaningful career while embracing the beautiful chaos of new motherhood.

Starting out in the world of politics, Ally interned and worked in Washington, DC, in Congress, at The White House, and on political campaigns. Today she’s in a totally different arena: fashion. Developing an eye for sartorial craftsmanship, Ally has learned how to put intricate and detailed collections into words, while developing relationships with some of the world's most leading brands and covering Paris, Milan, and Riyadh Fashion Week shows. Ally started SEELE in 2012. Seele [ze-le] is the German word for Soul and its aim is to encourage people with faith-inspired and lifestyle content that stir the soul.
