The LoveShackFancy Resort 2025 Collection Is All About Aspen, The Ballet, And St. Barths

There’s something for everyone in LoveShackFancy’s Resort 2025 collection

Just in time for the holiday season, there’s something for the woman that’s ultra-feminine for the Christmas and the New Year. Themed “Where Holiday Magic Begins,” the brand’s founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen knew what she wanted in LoveShackFancy collection, which is a minutia of: the holiday festivities, end of the year travel to cold and warm climates, crisp cold days and nights, shimmery light, and tradition.

Her sartorial storytelling unfolds with the brand’s palette of pink shades, red tones, black, dark green, and sequins. Chiffon is inspired from Christmastime at The Caribou Club in Aspen. Tartan, which hails form Scottish Gaelic tradition is scattered throughout the collection with touches of taffeta. The Rialto dress, a cult brand favorite is back but in black and covered in crystal bows and red chiffon with charmeuse ruffles. And in an inclusive nod there’s something in plaid for everyone in the family.

"There's little I love more than the holidays and travel that the end of the year brings and our Resort collection reflects everything we look forward to this time of year,” says Cohen in collection notes. “From city festivities to winter getaways, I couldn't be more excited to dress in our tartans with a twist at holiday parties, spend mornings with my family in matching plaids or dance in shimmering sequins at sunset on the beach.”

But there’s another element to the collection: ballet core. Filled with bows galore throughout, inspired by the Nutcracker, the Land of Sweets, and nights to see a performance at the Palais Garnier. Cohen incorporated luxe satins in soft pinks, metallic laces, and glittering white tulle to express ballet core.

And for New Year’s the collection includes sparkling and party dresses with fitted bodices, lace layering, and blouson volumes. To add a stylish touch jackets that look vintage pair well with the party dresses.

The last wave of winter holidays inspiration comes from a trip to St. Barths with a color palette of lilacs, pinks, soft greens, and bright whites in silk charmeuse, pearly sequins, crystal-embellished cotton eyelets, gold crochet, and candy-colored cashmere.

“This collection is meant for celebrations and faraway destinations. I hope you love it as much as I do,” says Cohen. She really made bows a thing and the autumn-winter 2024-25 Haute Couture runway was trending with bows, a revolution that Cohen has been spearheading for a while now. She proving that no matter what season it is, bows are relevant and bows have always been envogue, something referenced heavily in LoveShackFancy’s Resort 2025 collection.
